Leading your child to jesus

Our mission in VC|KIDS is to reach out and raise up kids for Jesus. We do this by CONNECTING with kids, training them to WORSHIP God, GROW in relationships, and SERVE God and Others. We will equip them to SHARE God with others in their community. 
If you have never trusted Jesus as your rescuer, or you are not sure if you have, now is the perfect time. Why not make today the day you trust in Him, for yourself, as well as, for your child?

Remember:
•It’s not about being good enough.
•We are not saved by praying a prayer.
•We are saved by putting our faith in Jesus as our rescuer.
•Prayer is simply a way of expressing our trust in Jesus for all He has done on our behalf.



COME to Jesus using our Start Here Guide. It's a starting point for you and your child to begin a life-long conversation about faith. It lays the foundation for God's love for us and why He sent His Son, Jesus, to be our rescuer.

If your child wants to follow Jesus, 
invite them to pray this prayer together:

Dear Jesus,
Thank you for loving me no matter what. I admit that I have done wrong things. I believe that you died on the cross for me and rose again. I confess that I need you and want you as my leader, rescuer, and best forever friend. Amen!

Here are more steps to help your child GROW in Jesus and LIVE for Jesus.

You are now part of the family of Jesus called the church. There is a party in Heaven right now.
You are the church. Your next step is to be baptized.
